Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Huma Wahid.com, we value your commitment to personal and professional growth. We strive to provide high-quality coaching services and ensure a positive experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking a session or program.

1. Coaching Sessions & Programs

A. One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice via email at info@humawahid.com.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
Refunds:
- No refunds will be issued for completed coaching sessions.
- If you cancel a booked session with at least 48 hours' notice, you may receive a full refund or opt for a session credit.
- "No-shows" (failure to attend without notice) are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

B. Coaching Packages & Programs

Coaching programs/packages (e.g., multi-session bundles) are priced at a discounted rate and non-refundable once started.
If you decide to discontinue a package before completion, you may request a partial refund, minus the sessions already used and an administrative fee of 10%.
Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

2. Digital Products & Online Courses (If Applicable)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (e-books, workbooks, courses) are final and non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact info@huma.wahid.com for support.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen events may occur. If you have an emergency, please contact us at info@humawahid.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
